6 days left! Ahh. I can feel the summer already, and I'm so excited.

The last Thursday of the year was just like nearly every other Thursday there's ever been. The only exception was that everyone seemed to be in a lighter mood. It was great. The atmosphere in school this time of year is really just the best. Even though I was tired as eff from last night, I still had a good day.

Then after school, we had a basketball meeting, then open gym till 5:30. Then I went home, got some food, hung out at home for a bit, went and got my brother some food, picked up my brother, then just hung out at home again.

Now, I'm about to fall asleep to the sound of a thunderstorm. God I love it.

Some additional thoughts-

1. Today a teacher in one of my classes was playing a Modest Mouse and some other random artist mash-up, and my entire class thought it was a Miley Cyrus instrumental... I don't know, that kinda annoyed me. Not like it was bad they didn't know, it's just not right to assume things and be fixed on the idea that you're right when you're not sure. Be able to back yourself up please.

2. Everyone's talking about the end of the world on Saturday... I have a few things about this one.

First- the Bible (where, supposedly, this date came from, states that no one will ever know when the world will end. That's not even what's supposed to happen. It's only supposed to be judgement day. That doesn't necessarily mean that the world will end. Just means that we'll be judged based on our actions on Earth thus far. Maybe some people will get second chances even. There's no telling what may or may not happen this Saturday. We'll just have to wait and see.

I guess I ended up saying the "few things" all in that paragraph. That's alright.
